WPH Cancelation Policy

We appreciate your participation in our courses at World Peace House. As a not for profit organization, managing our resources effectively is crucial to maintaining our facility.

Please read our cancellation policy carefully to understand how late cancellations can impact our operations:

1. Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of $100 is charged upon acceptance to the course, which is applied to the overall course fee. This covers essential administrative costs.

2. Course Fee Invoice and Payment: An invoice for the full course fee will be sent approximately 70 days before the course start date, with payment due 60 days prior.

3. Cancellation Refunds: o Cancelling between 30 to 60 days before the course start date entitles you to a 50% refund. o No refunds are available for cancellations made 30 days or fewer before the course.

4. Medical Cancellations: In cases of cancellation due to medical reasons, the 50% refund can be applied to a future course, subject to approval.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can lead to cancellations, but it is difficult to fill them unless we have enough time. Our courses are organized and run by dedicated volunteers, who often cover their own expenses. Short-notice cancellations significantly impact their ability to offer these enriching courses.
